We make engines and their components, from a single valve to a complete engine kit. We use our own patternwork, the best foundries and machine in-house to ensure quality - these are what make us different.

We have completely re-made all the parts that make up FVA / FVC engines. They are manufactured to our exacting specifications and have proven themselves on the dyno and on the track to be very competitive and reliable.
Our blocks are available in cast iron or aluminium up to 90mm bore, giving any capacity from 1600cc to 2000cc. Our cylinder heads can accommodate 1.4 inlet valves and 1.2 exhaust valves to complement the 2ltr capacity.
BDA / BDD / BDG
We manufacture all the major components for these engines,
and source the remaining parts from the best suppliers in the world.
We offer both cast iron and aluminium blocks, which are both able to run at up to 90mm bore, giving any capacity from 1600cc to 2000cc in various configurations.
LOTUS TWIN CAM
Our Replica Lotus Twin Cams come in all forms, from full FIA specification wet sump & mechanical ignition, to up to two litre dry sump, alloy blocked, with electronic ignition.
We are now pleased to be able to offer brand new Series 1/Mk 1 Twin Cam Heads for Lotus engines, from our own period correct patternwork, using our own tried and tested pattern makers, foundry, and machine shop.
